Woooo...Sodium kicked my butt last night!

  • When I got on the scale last night (yes, I know, I'm becoming scale obsessed and I need to just weigh on Monday mornings) it showed i was 2lbs heavier than earlier in the day!
    I realized it had to be all the sodium I had yesterday. Pepperoni slices, a large diet coke and a hamburger patty from jack in the box. Salt, Salt, BAD SALT!

    Whew, ok, I feel better.

  • Me too, but I hopped on this morning too (I failed to mention that) and it was 2lbs still. It HAD to be the sodium; I have yet to veer off plan.
  • Girl just read label of diet coke..if anything contain fructose or sucrose or glucose just do not eat or drink it.
  • Sorry, one thing at a time. I'll ween off of my diet coke pacifier soon enough.
  • Sodium ALWAYS does me in. I can literally gain 4 pounds overnight after a high sodium day. Drives me crazy but since I know that's my pattern I just ride it out - because sometimes a girl just has to have her pepperoni!
