Protein Powder?
 

What's the best protein powder for LC? What brands do you all use?

I can't remember the actual numbers, but there's a GNC brand that is actually pretty low in carbs.

Hi. I have a low/no carb shake for lunch every day on Atkins [cuz i am not hungry for lunch] the lowest carb one I have found at GNC is called Isopure. I am using the banana one but ordered the chocolate one as I am getting a little bored with banana. The banana one is really tasty though :)

The only one I will use is the 100% Whey Protein Isolate. In doing research, it is THE best quality protein. And if you get unflavored, it can literally be added to ANYTHING. My protein 'shake' in the AM is my homemade cappuccino with a scoop of this powder! And since it is plain, you can choose your sweetener, too. I prefer SweetLeaf (Stevia and inulin). The brand I prefer is NOW and I usually buy it through Amazon in bulk. They do have flavored ones, but I really prefer the plain ones. Good luck and hope you find what you're looking for! :D
