i fell off the wagon for about a week, and gained something like 5 pounds. but i'm back on track now and almost back to the weight i was when i screwed up. so thats good. i have a few plans in the beginning of april so i'm trying to go the whole of march with out any plan diviations. i think after this last lapse in judgement, the resulting gain, and the time it's taken to get back down i won't have much trouble staying focused.

I'm not going to weigh in this week as it's TOM and that's just a recipe for disaster on the scale.
BUT - if you have Netflix - check out the movie FATHEAD in the instant queue. It's a great (and funny) documentary about low carb eating and really proves the point that it is the most healthful WOE. See it if you are feeling iffy about your decision to low carb or if you just want to reinforce what you already know. Sandy - this movie will blow the Dr's edict to stop eating beef out of the water. The suggestion to limit your meat to game and fowl is probably based in an unfounded fear of dietary fat. |

I weighed and measured first thing this morning- and I just had to share!
I'm down a total of 7 pounds! The second week seemed to stall for me, and I actually went up a couple of pounds, so even though I had hit the 5 pound mark in the first week, I lost almost 4 this past week. I also took my measurements, and have lost a total of almost 10 inches- which I am already noticing. I'm so excited! SW:234.8 CW:231.4 GW:220 |
