how do I update my ticker with out making a new one???

If you look at the ticker code (in your signature), there's a number in there that currently reads "218". Replace that text with your new ticker weight.

So if it says:

http://www.3fatchicks.net/img/heartb...ts/lb/236/160/218/.png

You replace the bolded portion with your current weight.
