I need a lil help sunday
 

because I was stuck at a certain weight for almost a week tho I was doing good on my diet

So Sunday I was feeling very emotional and came so close to binging! DH and I went to Walmart and I seen some shirts I liked well I tried them on and could fit in a 18! That boosted my spirits big time! So we bought batteries for my scale b/c it keeps dying. so the next morning I weighed and was 2 lbs less!! OOOH MY I was so happy I didnt let my emotions get the best of me!!

Anytime you feel like cheating stop and try on some clothes you dont think you could fit! That will help you!!

I know how hard those stalls are, but sticking through them is worth it!! I stalled in the 240s for a month, but as soon as I broke through it I started losing very quickly again. I'm so glad I didn't give up. Congratulations on your loss!
