Atkins is advertising a free Atkins kit and interactive tools online at their community site. I created an account to take advantage of their newsletter, freebie snacks and new online interactive tools.

I got that a few weeks ago. It's a pretty nice little kit that comes with 3 snack bars and a guide to all phases of the plan, along with a food list w/carb information.

I also got it a week ago it was a nice surprise!

Quest also has an offer for 2 free bars. Look at how natural the ingredient list is. The words are pronounceable, actually contain everyday foods instead of chemical-sounding stuff, plus they're Splenda sweetened:
