Hi...new to forum

Hi everyone, I am new to the forum..but not to atkins..I lost 70 pounds on Atkins 15 yrs ago...kept 50 off...but have gained 20 grrrrrr!

Trying to get myself back in gear, and really hope, all this postive reading on the forum will help....

Now that I am older..it is not coming off, as easily as it once did...thats disappointing..so I keep falling off the wagon....

Sorry post is long, looking forward to getting to know everyone.....

Welcome, Maggiemae. I know the feeling. I lost 70 pounds on Atkins and, for any number of reasons, managed to gain them all back! But I'm on my way down again. I depend on the Atkins chicks for support, encouragement and good ideas. Post often. I wish you every success!

Where do yall get those great avatars? I havent downloaded pics on my new computer yet, need to do that. hagd yall
