ok, can someone share the mashed cauliflower recipe? also this pumpkin cheesecake?
(can you use easy pumpkin pie mix, or do you have to do pure pumpkin.) thanks |
You have to use pure pumpkin. Pumpkin pie mix is FULL of carbs and sugar.
Here's some great cheesecake recipes: This recipe is the lowest in carbs that I've seen and also has great reviews. If it's made without the crust, I believe it's Induction friendly. With the crust it should be a special treat: http://www.lowcarbfriends.com/recipe...kin-Cheesecake! NOTE: These are NOT Induction friendly!! They are a lower-carb cheesecake substitute that should be used SPARINGLY for special occasions...not an every day thing. http://blog.yourlighterside.com/2010...ke-recipe.html http://blog.yourlighterside.com/2010...eesecakes.html http://blog.yourlighterside.com/2010...heesecake.html http://blog.yourlighterside.com/2010...heesecake.html http://blog.yourlighterside.com/2010...ut-butter.html http://blog.yourlighterside.com/2010...ect-party.html http://blog.yourlighterside.com/2010...ke-recipe.html http://blog.yourlighterside.com/2010...e-caramel.html http://blog.yourlighterside.com/2010...ke-recipe.html My Thanksgiving menu: Pot roast, green bean casserole, deviled eggs, and a bisque that my mom makes which shouldn't be too high in carbs. Dessert will be one of those lovely cheesecakes up there. Happy holidays! |
so when is your Thanksgiving, tomorrow or next week?
