Low carb pastas and breads
 

Do any of you have trouble finding low carb pasta and bread? I've heard that it's more widely available these days... but I'm not seeing it at my local grocery stores... Do you have brands that you prefer?

thanks! I've noticed some good things about Dreamfields... The label says 41g a serving -5 for fiber.. but that still leaves 36, but I see so many people say there's only 5 "net digestible carbs" ... to which I say how the **** does that make sense?!

I use shirataki noodles (found in the refrigerated section in the produce department by soy products)

They are yam flour and tofu.

They have about 3 net carbs/bag.

They are bland so you have to put a good sauce on them. I do a burnt butter/sage sauce
