Pizza is a down fall for me. I usually splurge every 2-3 weeks and I know it just throws my weight back up a few pounds and then I have to work all over again to get rid of it. Besides it is not good for my diabetes. so next time I order pizza for the hubby I'll make me one of these.

Thanks again for the pictures. It gives me courage to try it.

mock danish with a little cinnamon.

buttery glaze

i used a gladware med. sized bowl. i followed the recipe exactly and it was a little tiny bit egg-y tasting. the next day i made it again, but i added an extra ounce of cream cheese to cut the egg taste. however, it tasted pretty much the same. it's really all about the glaze for this recipe and it's great for a sweet treat.

imo it is induction friendly, esp. if u only use meat toppings. be careful not to go overboard on the pizza sauce. i eyeballed it and used about 2tbs.

Here's a new twist on the cheeze its. I used pepperjack cheese and instead of puffing up they are very flat. They are now my new "chips"
I cooked them in the microwave longer than the cheeze its until they turned a darker golden then put the whole sheet into the freezer for about 20 secs so they would get very crispy

Sunny, I tried the low carb pizza crust a week or so ago and LOVED it! I made just a cheese pizza but I plan on making it again with pepperoni and cheese. I also made a zucchini "stuffed crust" pizza that I found on Cleochatra's blog, but it turned out AWFUL! I'll definitely stick with the cheese and egg crust, it was fabulous.

Sunny I used the slices and I cut them in 16 equal squares just like I do the cheeze its. Now because they don't puff, they spread. But after you cool them off in the freezer you can easily break them apart into their seperate pieces. I also sprinkled mined with some dry ranch dressing mix and coarse ground pepper. They are pretty delish

Oh Boy. I thought that my concoction of sauce/sausage or Pep and melted Moz cheese was a treat. That PIZZA looks wonderful and my mouth is watering. That will be next Friday's dinner Oh Yeah.
