Hi All,
Is there a limit on the amount of these we should eat? I have been eating a small packet of them probably 5 evenings a week to stop myself craving other things. I know they have no or little carbs but (and i know we shouldnt count calories!) i notice they are very high in fat and calories. Are they a good thing to eat regularly? I have still be loosing but wonder if it would be more without them as they are so fatty?
