Back...Again...!
 

I was MIA again for a while...really sick. I have both Fibromyalgia and Colitis and when one flares up....so does the other. Ugh!

But I'm back and back on Induction :( When I get sick, I eat LOTS of carbs.

BUT...good news...from where I left off, I only gained back 1lb. I thought the damage would be SO much worse! I actually weighed myself this morning and was so relieved.

I do need a new scale though. I think I'll buy a digital one - I'm heading to WalMart tomorrow and they have a WW one that goes up to 400lbs. Right now I have one of those old fashioned ones but I have trouble reading it sometimes. The little lines on it marking each pound are really hard to see.

Anyway...I hope everyone's doing well and everyone's sticking to Atkins and didnt fall off the wagon like I did :dizzy:

... glad to hear you're feeling better :getwell: betchya it felt great to know that you only were up 1 lb eh?!! Drinking lots of water will help your system get back on track.
