Good To Be Home!

Well, after ten weeks of rolling my r's (French course) it's great to be back home again. I managed to maintain my weight for the first 6 weeks, but gained 7 1/2 lbs the last four. Of course, it was all self-inflicted...abuse of the body with beer, pizza and poutine.

I got home last Monday, which was when I weighed myself, and started right back with Atkins. The damage was only temporary because I lost all of the 7 1/2 lbs during my first week home. Dodged another one!
