Not to worry..
Not to worry...we will soon be on some sort of maintenance, and we will learn to make spledid guilt-free truffles out of sugar-free natural peanut butter and unsweetened chocolate squares. And they will be heavenly. I promise.
Repeat after me: "If it's white, it ain't right..." sugar, flour, rice, potatoes, etc...
I swear when I get this weight off, I am NEVER getting on the sugar train again. It's disastrous for me.

Don't worry it happens, I kind of feel like I over ate today, a huge
salad twice , then a beef patty, still more salad it's like it was never enough
and i was hungry.
I will do better on Monday.

Eat More!
Don't go around hungry...re-read your Atkins book and make sure you're eating enough protein. Did you eat breakfast? And try some cooked veggies with your beef patty and salad and put some cheese on your salad...

Well.... I got up this morning and started my period! Bingo!! That explains my inability to fight off the malted milk balls, cause normally sweet isn't my thing..... I have never been a sweet eater, with the exception of ice cream(I LOVE) so I just don't have it around! But yesterday, I was just like..... Then I get up and this, now it all makes sense to me!! But, I have been doing Atkins for 11 weeks, and with the exception of a few beers a couple weeks ago, I haven't cheated until yesterday, so I feel pretty good about things!! I am back on track today!!

Have a great week!
Glad you're back on track...sweets ARE my thing, but I'm determined to beat the sugar monster on Atkins. My cravings are pretty much gone, but I know they're somewhere in my biological/psychological life. They're going to be lonesome for a long time!
Have a great week.

Sandy fanny you are so right I should not be hungry.
I am having a hard time spacing meals and snacks, and well I am kind of at a
loss with snacks, I have been just eating veggies. yesterday I even had a half cup of canned green beans as a snack. yikes
Any snack ideas ?

Snacks: I like black olives, cheese cubes, string cheese, sugar-free jello, any protein left over from a meal. My favorite snacks are these crispy cheese crackers from Linda's Low Carb recipe site:
http://genaw.com/lowcarb/cheezits.html
And she has a whole section "Snacks" on her main recipe page. I haven't tried many of these, but they sound really good and have lots of potential for induction.

Report on the ones that're really yummy for induction Atkins, please. Happy Snackin'!
