Yes I am. I tried SB for a week, and a week or so before that I was just completely off target of any plan.
I have been on Atkins for almost 2 years, and ever now and then I get this hankering to find something that feels "balanced". I guess really I want permission to eat carbs, and lots of them.
I don't deal well with carbs. I must give in and stop fighting myself. (At least I can be honest!)
I started in April of 2008 at 227.5. The lowest I had gotten was 145. My goal is to AT LEAST get down to 140, but I have a dream goal of 125.
Anyway, I know some will shake their heads at me for only giving SB a week, but it isn't for me ~ so I am not going to continue on a path that I know isnt right.
