Atkins + Protein Power

Hello all! I'm new here to this forum.

Has anybody ever done a mixture of Atkins and Protein Power?

My intention is to use:
Atkins induction food list and dairy allotments/phases/rungs
Protein Power initial 30g-40gcarb allotment (because I'm breastfeeding)
Protein Power protein requirements (so I'll know how much protein to eat)

Do you think this will work?

No, not while you are breastfeeding. You should NOT be in ketosis while nursing as it is not clear the effect of ketones on the baby. Why take a chance? Pregnant/nursing women should be in Maintenance phases.

Well, aside from the fact that I'm breastfeeding, do you think it will work?
