Gas, Gas and more Gas..HELP!
Every time I embark on a veggie based eating plan I feel like I need a deserted island. I take probiotics, Gas-X, Beano like crazy and the one thing I can count on is being a human Gatling gun within an hour. It is humiliating at work and romance is out of the question. The wt loss is not worth the misery and yet Atkins makes so much sense and both my DH and son want to buddy up with me. The yummy crudiferous veggies are the culprits of course, but I can't live on zucc and mushrooms exclusively. Please help!

ditch probiotics they are a waste of money and full of sugar. as for gas i have the opposite atkins totally stops it for me.

My Mom has problems with her stomach and I suggested to her to start the Acidophilus Pearls and she feels so much better!
When I started Atkins I had gas from cauliflower and broccoli but my body adjusted to it, no more gas. What does give me gas are cheeses so I go very light on that, guess I am lactose intolerant to a point. ;) Toby |
