Day 5 induction
 

Well you guys, today is day 5 induction, and I'm proud to say, I'm still going strong, I've got unbelievable will power this go at it, it makes me think what did I do wrong in the past, but I've come to realize, I'm focusing on my health instead of weight this time (don't get me wrong losing the weight is great). My fasting blood sugars have dropped to normal range, my doctor will finally be proud of me, I'm just taking it day by day, setting small achieveable goels.:carrot:
