Default Beans and Things

Ohrighty we all know I am "done" with induction but intend to keep my carb counts at induction levels. However, for the love of grits and gravy I miss beans! Not the green kind--pinto and red. There are very few things I care about in the rungs of OWL so can I just skip all that and start including beans maye twice a week?

While it is unorthodox, all you can do is try it and see how it works for you. I personally would start out slowly...5 carb increments and small portions.
