I'm back!
Well hello again!! If you don't remember I did induction way back in November last year.. Well i did so good i decided i could eat whatever i wanted.. well subconsciously thats what was in my mind.. and I'm back to where i started..kinda..
I started the new year at 207lbs.. uhg.. here we go again, I hate this part.. getting started.. In fact that will probably be my motivation to keep going cuz i hate starting over! So I didn't exactly start on Jan.1 I actually don't know the actual day.. It started off slow. I knew what I needed to eat and what not to eat and now finally I'm in. I'm working out as much as possible and eating right always!! According to Induction that is.. Which I plan on doing until I get down past 180! I always plateau there. So I've gone from 207 to 201 in about a week I think. I weigh myself every so often but I really haven't been tracking myself. I took more pictures yesterday and hopefully a month from now Ill have new pictures to compare to. So just wanted to say hi again to you all! |
:welcome2:back Jessica!
You CAN do this! All the best to you!!! |
Hi, and welcome! I'm a newbie and loving the low-carb way of life so far! Best of luck to you on your journey to the healthiest and happiest you ever in 2010!

welcome jessica,
I'm like you ..I'm back as well..I lost 50 lbs here back in 2006...Loved it and felt great..I maintained it for 2 years..Life got so busy with work and home i lost focus.. and gained it all back..We can do this...:dust: |
the diet i think is easy! it's just a matter of doing it for a long period of time.. I don't know about you but any diet that allows bacon is something I can stick with. I've been going to school fulltime and working part time and I've still been able to do it! It doesn't take a lot of thinking. No counting or measuring, just eating this not that... I do love a good mcflurrie.. just not enough to stay at 200lbs

Hey Jessica...welcome back! You will be in onederland before you know it! :)

Hi Jessica,
I've started over on diets more times than I can count, but I think the key is keeping the goal in mind (losing weight, not necessarily a specific number goal). I've found in the past that 185 or so is a stall number for me, I think both physically & mentally. In the 180s we look pretty good and can shop in the "normal" stores again -- so it can be comfortable to hang out there. |
