Just checking in

    I'm still on Atkins though I made a couple of mistakes (I should have read the book before starting). Anyway, I lost over 10 pounds (my scale needs a new battery so I don't know exactly how much I lost) but I can feel my body shrinking! I really wish I had measured myself before starting but I didn't.

    So now I am reading the book (dated 2002) and I am going to measure myself today. I will soon start Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds as I used to do the 2 mile walk and it made me feel great. I love this diet!

  • Hey TobyThin! Hey you must be doing something right to feel your body shrinking! I love Leslie Sansone's WATP DVDs! I do the two mile walk/jog but usually just follow the walk program all the way through. I prefer walking outside but not in this cold weather! I started low carb on Jan. 4th and have already lost 5 pounds! Its great!
  • I just started on Monday and I am thinking I should measure myself. I am so disgusted at my weight gain that I have been dreading seeing the measurements, but I know I will regret it in a few weeks if I don't have it recorded.
