Hard day.
 
Ugg. I'm in the second week of induction and I am having a hard day. I feel like having a cookie right now. Yikes. What could I eat to get through this.

Eating something a little higher in fat should help with cravings. Fat keeps you full & satisfied longer. A hard boiled egg, deviled egg, tuna salad, chicken salad, egg salad.....these are all good snacks.
I've also found a cup of herbal tea with some heavy cream can be quite satisfying in the evenings after dinner. Some of my favorites are peppermint, chai, cinnamon apple spice, gingerbread spice and sugar cookie sleigh ride:)
