I like the weight loss, but I am worried that it is a bit too fast.
I am doing ca. 20 gr. carbs per day, I am between 1500 and 2000 calories a day.
1. Day: 136,5lb
2. Day: 136,0lb
3. Day: 135,4lb
4. Tag: 134.4lb
5. Tag: 133,4lb
Isnt 1 lb per day too fast?
