Just wanted to encourage you to keep going - sounds like you've had good success initially then have stalled - that happened to me, but I stuck with it and eventually the scale dropped. In those stalled weeks, I actually felt my clothes getting looser, but the plateau continued. I got stricter with my carb intake and eventually it broke. I've been losing pretty consistently since, about 3 pounds a month (which is a good rate for me vs past weight loss attempts) and i'm not hungry, not battling cravings, not frustrated. I'm loving the butter and cream and meat too.
