I just took my weekly progress pics for my Atkins diet and I can actually see the difference. Can you? Am I imagining it?

That is really amazing that 2 lbs can actually be seen like that! I've lost 30 and didn't see anything until then! are you measuring?

Yes, beccabutterfly, I have been measuring and for this week I lost a little under 2 inches off my waist. But it's wierd how I only lost 2lbs maybe I actually have more muscles now lol.
