Turkey bacon
Left overs from the night before, chicken, ham, steak
Cheese & lunch meats (watch for the carb count in lunch meats, they can be tricky).

Kim, is there a low carb yogurt thats induction friendly? I know my DH eats a yogurt but I'm not sure of the carb count... I think dannon makes it.

EDIT: Oh, I found it, here's the yogurt I was talking about... http://www.lightnfit.com/products/li...r_control.html

I really like the 1 min flax muffin. Sweet or savory it keeps you full and gets rid of the bread craving

If you can - don't look at breakfast as strictly breakfast food time. Eat some leftovers - or something fast like lunchmeat/cheese roll ups. I am known to eat supper leftovers for breakfat - or a nice hunk of roast with horseradish sauce and low carb raw veggies. Open your mind to not predefining foods as breakfast or supper or lunch foods. I have eaten lunch for breakfast and breakfast for dinner.

Low carb meal replacement shakes or bars can help - but they stall many people's wt loss if used too much. I have done it on occassion - some of the food bars aren't bad with a fast cup of coffee!

Stay FAR away from those Atkins bars...unless you have no other low carb alternative!
To educate yourself regarding those bars, read the following article:
