I am not sure that it is really a pity imstuffed !!! We can get them here in Canada but try as I might I do not like them. I went and got some a few weeks ago and ended up pitching them into the trash. I will acknowledge that they do have a role in Atkins though ... just not my Atkins! LOL.
I use a mix of parmesan and asiago cheese for "breading" ... sometimes I will dip chicken into plain yogurt and then into the cheese ... a different but tasty way to "bread" something |
Getting my shopping tomorrow and I am very excited to try some cheesy breaded chicken :)

I think you either like pork rinds or you don't! I am a don't!
But parmesan breading sounds yummy! I have always used parmesan mixed with bread crumbs - I will just get rid of the crumbs. |
Someone at work today told me that used the ground flax as breading and it was delicious -she said it browned very nicely!

I use the Parmesan breading on eggplant and green tomatoes too! My DH and I are doing so well on Atkins we have to pinch ourselves! I never have to have insipid salad dressing again!
