I was shocked by the scale<------in a good way!!!!!
I thought maybe a pound loss would be something to celebrate. I had a 3 pound 'whoosh'. I thought I was one of the 'whooshless' as I hadn't had a significant loss of over 1 pound since the first week on induction.
So it took a total of 70 days to reach onderland. But I'M HERE!!!!
I could have never made it without these boards. The information (recipes, advice, experience) and support helped me stick with it when I stalled for weeks. Thanks to all........
It's such a relief to be successful over what has seemed like (for me anyway) a long haul. It helps me to stay focused on NO CHEATING, NO ALCOHOL(until I'm no longer obese). For me carbs and alcohol lead to over eating. I can stick with this because I feel better off processed foods. More energy and less cravings.
Still have a lot to lose but I really feel like I will be successful with some more hard work and this life style change.
