.This doesn't happen when I cheat small- like eating a white bread sandwich or something like that- only if I like have a few slices of pizza or I eat carb heavy stuff for lunch AND dinner.
Has anyone else noticed that? Is this something that I should be concerned about?

I don't think it's anything to be worried about, it's just our bodies way of saying that it really doesn't like what we're putting in ourselves at that point in time.
