I have a pint of sour cream... what shall I do with it?

  • So I bought a pint of sour cream to serve at a little get together at my place... then totally forgot to take it out of the fridge. Which leaves me with a pint of sour cream. Any suggestions (preferably induction friendly or induction adaptable)?

  • Make a carb friendly dip and use it w/ your allowed veggies and/or pork rinds. You can also make a creamy sauce for your meat.

    If you make mock potato salad you can add some sour cream to it (cauliflower).
