atkins newbie and confused
hi there i just started atkins today and i haveing trouble sorting out what i can eat the atkins web say i can eat pork but other people say not supermarket sausages and now im confuseed as to what i can eat and all i have eatwen all day is egg poached
any advice greatfully recieved thanks dee |
With sausage, you need to know the ingredients, as many sausages are made with carbohydrate fillers. Any sausage that's made with all-meat should be ok (though I think it also has to be nitrate/nitrite free). Basically, you need to read the ingredient lable carefully to look for hidden carbs.
