Hey Congratulations! I think the scale goes from 240 - 249 twice ;) , I was stuck there for FOREVER and couldn't get lower than 240. Isn't it nice to have a 3 in the middle?

3FC is such a great support. Part of my misery (and I'm sure I'm not alone) is that my close friends are all thin - I mean really thin. Below 120 pounds thin. NONE of them have ever had weight issues (except keeping their weights up), and they don't get it. The worst quote ever from one: "Just stop eating..." As I've gained weight, they've watched in horror. So it's really important to have your support. Thanks so much.
