Cool Splenda packets vs. Splenda in the box?

I don't understand the difference in using Splenda out of the individual packets and out of the big box...help, please. Also I have some Stevia, but I haven't used it. Is it healthier? sweeter? How does it equal substituting for sugar and for Splenda in a recipe?

Jerseygyrl and Snapless, give me the scoop (teehee) please.

Splenda granular (out of the box or bag) has a whopping 24 carbs per cup.

Splenda packets have 1 carb per packet and it takes 24 packets for a cup. I usually get by with about 16 packets to substitute for a whole cup of sweetener needed.

The Spenda Quick Packs are the equivalent of one cup and have under 8 carbs. I just got some a couple weeks ago and I'm LOVEING them.

The Splenda tablets have ZERO or close to it.

Stevia is natural and much better for you. It has a different taste and can be bitter. I've heard that it's better to MIX different sweeteners to get a better overall sweetness and you can use less overall.

I have Stevia packets and use them once in awhile, especially with chocolate.
