I'm in recovery this week. The introduction of nuts into our diet tipped me over into weight gain. Shockingly I gained 2.8 lbs in 5 days. A few days ago I threw all nuts out of our house except walnuts which I don't care for, and I've now lost the gained weight and I'm feeling back in the grove. Going to be very careful and I've been hiking an extra 15 to 20 minutes each morning to pull things back in line. Scared me!!
