Just an FYI, I found a device that will track carbs and water intake, it's the size of a pedometer, and you just program it daily, and every carb or ounce of water you just add or subtract, I'm loving it alot, it attaches to your key chain, Its called LIFE Tracker, found it at Kmart fo $3.50.

Hi, just saw your post about the Life Tracker. I had one of those last year and it really helped me. Mine has quit working and even tho I have replaced the batteries, it still won't work. I cannot find one at a Kmart near me; if I sent you money, would you pick one up and send it to me? I would be so grateful to you. Thanks, Mary
