Because of the bad rap Atkins seems to get from uneducated, ignorant people...I thought this might be a good article for those of us doing Atkins & feeling we always need to defend it to read.

Thank you that was very informative. They didn't address my personal favorite "You can't eat veggies". I actually had some idiot tell me that. Obviously they never read the book. I'm about to turn green from my zucchini consumption. :smug:
