great low carb ligt breakfast
a cereal called vogels soya and linseed bran, sold in both sainsbury and tesco (uk) per 45g serving has 20.4g of carbs but a whopping 15g of fibre, making it net 5.4g, now i serve mine with unsweetend soya milk. which per half pint is 0.8g carb, and 3.3g fibre. making each bowl a under 3grams. now i admit its an aquired taste but if you want a light breakfast or snack and you fancy something with a crunch its great
