Default Friday Planning

Thank goodness it's friday!

Yesterday’s plan got changed because my sister decided to move her birthday dinner from Friday to Thursday but I was good and ordered grilled chicken, steamed veggies, baked potato with salt and pepper (no butter), and a roll. I also didn’t eat my evening snack because of it.

B: Sugar Free Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
L: Chicken Salad (made with veggies and light miracle whip), half a whole wheat pita, pretzels, string cheese
D: Chicken stir fry and rice
S: 100 Cal popcorn bag, apple, orange

WO: Walking probable 20 minutes to the store
Water: 3 Liters

B: 2 turkey sausage, 1 scrambled egg (300 cals)
L: Salad with beans, cucumbers, carrots, 1 teaspoon blue cheese, tomatoes, sunflower seeds, baby corn and balsamic vinegar (no oil) (200 cals)
D:
S: apple, dried apricots (200 cals)

Dinner will be rough as it's my office holiday party. I am going to keep it to 2 glasses of wine (300 cals) and lean meats (400 cals) with no sauces. It's heavy appetizers so I don't really know what to expect. No desserts either.

No exercise besides taking the stairs to and from at work.

Good job planning Jenn!

I don't think I'm going to make stir fry for dinner. I'm not in the mood for chicken again so I think I'm going to make picadillo and rice (using 95% lean gound beef and rinsing it after browning).
