Default New here, just want to say hi

Hi,
I'm new here but not to WW. I lost and gained it all back and now I want to lose it again. I've read some of the messages here and am feeling encouraged. Especially the posts saying that not only do you have to watch it when you are losing weight, but in maintenance also. And, that it's something you have to do daily...every day. Anyway, just wanted to put in my two cents worth!

Good luck with your efforts and I must say that this is a great place to come if you want support, ideas and encouragement.
Best wishes in the New Year, it's the best time to make those resolutions and get back on track!

I am going to try WW again. My local meeting on my day off is Friday and the waived membership fee is an incentive. I did the sign up for nine week program several years ago when my kids still lived at home. I wasn't ready to give up my calorie laden Coca-Cola's at the time and drank my points instead eating them. I didn't think I did good at it, but I found my 9 week sheet and I did lose 10.7 lbs which actually is not to shabby if I do say so myself.
