Talking I'm not overweight anymore!!!!

Woo HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! In honor of The Biggest Loser finale, my body decided to finally work with me...and I am now 159 lbs, which puts me at a NORMAL BMI! In just under 8 months, I have gone from a 35.5 BMI to a 24.9, from obese to overweight to normal --
Yeah, I am gonna be doing the happy dance all day! And to celebrate, I went out and had blueberry pancakes with butter & syrup, bacon and...Nope, just kidding! I went and did an hour on the elliptical (5.67 miles at levels 4-10), some weight training and a kick butt 30 minute walk

Erik introduced my friend John in the audience tonight....OMG!!! THAT was even better than hitting my goal! John has lost over 156 lbs on his own in the past year or so....after being passed over for The Biggest Loser because he was too heavy...he is truly an inspiration to me and many, many other people but to see that tonight & hear Erik say all that about him was overwhelming!!!!

Wow! Good for you! I can't believe how much you exercise. An hour on the elliptical, then weights, then a walk. You're incredible.
