I'm not sure if Leslie has a one mile jog - you might check her web sight. I think its something like lesliesansone.com.
I never buy the one mile videos - they are short and all of her other video 2. 3. or 4 miles can be shortened to a one mile workout if that is you choice. They have a little meter at the bottom of the screen that tells you when you reach your mile mark or two miles etc. you get the point.
I say the best value for your money is to get the longer workout and shorten if desired!

Comcast is offering it on On Demand in my area right now. It's 16 minutes long. I haven't used her other videos but I thought it was okay, not great. I wouldn't pay $20 for it but again, I don't normally use her videos, I just happened to have access this week.

You might post a question to ask if anyone still wants theirs. I sent mine to a lady in FL. I had 3 sets that I didn't use anymore. There was also a book exchange on that site and I was glad to have a place to send old diet books that I didn't want. I was glad someone else could use them and the shipping is minimal.

I really like mine and use it often. Actually I spliced it together (computer programs) to make it a 3 mile jog. I found it worth the money. It's by far, my favorite and most used WATP video.

I liked the WATP videos. I've never seen the jog though. If anyone has one, I would love one!
