I've decided to join again. Tried last year and dropped out. I'm determined to do it this time! I found this forum and I think it's great! Hopefully everyone can help me stay on track!!
Thanks, guys. I'm heading to the center to sign up after work....don't quite know what I'm thinking with Thanksgiving next week and our week-long Disney vacation the week after that. I can do it though, I just have to get my mind right. I would sure like to feel like I did 30 pounds lighter!
Yeah! I went to the center and got signed back up. I weighed in two pounds lighter than I thought .... I'll take a two pound loss any day! Thanks for all the encouragement. It really does help. Look forward to making this journey with all of y'all.
Stealing this from back when I did WW- remember there is always going to be something coming up--holidays, birthdays, parties..but the thing is you decided to take the leap today with NO excuses. Bravo! I'm also a re-starter, and I will not only do better this time, but keep it off....as will you. Welcome.
