I've been doing this workout for about two weeks and can really tell a difference in my thighs as far as toning goes. Have any of you tried this? I believe it's the equivelent to a 2.5 mile walk but it's very brisk and includes intervals.
I love Leslie Sansone and I borrowed this one through Netflix and used it for a couple of weeks. I liked it a lot and have put it on my want to buy list. I never thought I could jog, but she makes it do-able.
