Hi all,

I would love to join your group, I am a 35 year old single female from Ontario Canada. I have been sorta floating around 3fc trying to find a group to talk to chat with. I always get so shy as everyone seems to know everyone else and I guess it goes back my school days and you were a new kid
Anyways I would love to make some support friends and be able to support you also! From January until June I had lost 30 pounds and then over the summer I sorta slacked off and didn't lose anything. So a couple of weeks ago I got myself back on track and have started to lose again, I just want to keep that scale moving down and hopefully chatting here with people that understand the struggles will help keep me on track.
