If you don't want the juice you can always do oranges, canteloupe, or whatever... check here with a search! Remember, like Lea Ann said, it's to get rid of the "cravings" - it's a jump start.
We did NOT do TO after our week long vacation because we lost what we gained in 2 days and continue to lose. DH's COD does NOT recommend TO unless you are at a standstill on losing (plateau).
The important thing is that you get back on the horse and learn what makes that horse throw you so you'll be watching for the signs the next time and you won't land on your patoot!
