I thought we might try posting our total number of carbs daily to hold us accountable to keep it within our chosen range. My range is 20-25 for now. <today I had 15.5 total
Lilybelle-thats a great ideaI was just going over my carb count for the week and I can't understand why I'm not in ketose anymore. My range is still 20-25 also and on some days I went as low as 16-18 and now I'm stuck.
Today my carbs add up to 18.3 grams.
What am I doing wrong on this carb count.[using the carb counter on the Atkins board.]
BB, you aren't doing anything wrong. I never knew for sure if I was in ketosis or not, but the wt. still came off. Just keep doing what you are doing and it will all work out. Hugs.
Great idea lillybelle, I haven't been counting lately just guess-timating I really should start counting again especially since I'm trying to stick to induction for a while again.

Thanks ladies, I thought it might make us think about the exact number and help us to keep better track of it. It is easy to get too lax and carb creep can really mess us up. Seems like when I do the best is when I write everything down and total it up every single day.
