I need a beginner-intermediate Pilates video that is good! Anyone have any suggestions?

I personally like The Method videos. Lots of different ones to choose from. Collage video is a great source for exercise videos. Send me a message and I'll give you the link

I love the MTV pilates videos. I have tried many and really liked these! Not MTV corney at all.

I do not normally buy from Informercials but I bought Winser Pilates and LOVE it. You can do modified movements if you are not yet strong enough and still get the benefits and it works very quickly. I know you can now by some of not most of them at Wal-Mart or even Kohls

I also LOVE Mari Winsor Pilates! (I especially LOVE her Buns & Thigh workout - I feel the burn and yet feel somewhat "relaxed" while doing it?) I also enjoy the CRUNCH one for variety. I think you have to just look at what you think you'll like and go from there. You'll find a method you like. You can sample lots of clips at collagevideo.com. They have a great return policy too.
