I was wondering myself, so I did a search on Google and came up with this, bit pricey IMO

Im not sure if there would be much point to something like that , i guess it helps with portion sizes but apart from that not mkuch use for it. I certaintly wouldnt pay £20 for it maybe if it was less i would consider it.

I just bought a smaller dinner plate than the rest of the family have, but no need to buy a 'special one'. Well, mine is a bit special because I bought a Spode blue & white, which I love - it's just not the same size one. I also got a different plate as I'm the only veggie in our family and I didn't like the thought of eating from a plate where meat has even been! Good excuse to buy something beautiful, but I don't see the need for the diet plates. After doing FitDay for over a year I can balance the nutrition without any lines drawn on my plate!

This is my plate (Blue Italian):

Firstly, what a pretty plate. Very classy.

Secondly, I totally relate. I don't even like having my dishes/glasses/ect. in the same DISHWASHER (goodness I have a problem! ). So I just use a sparing amount of paper plates when I need them along with plastic flatware. Not very good for the earth but.........I make up for it in other ways....... well, I handwash my mugs!!!

Hi guys,

Ha\d a meeting with my group last night and we meet a few people who have been maintaing their weight and all the maintainer swear by the plate. They were all saying that it really helps you understand how big a portion is and takes all teh guess work out - and you are less likely to cheat by adding that one extra spoonful\potato etc.

I gave teh company a phone last night and they have offered my group some amazing discounts so we are each going to buy a plate and a bowl.

I will let you all know how it goes
