My weekend was okay... Friday was really high (its all good, I needed it!), yesterday was low and today was a tad higher then I like. I ate a lot of junk tho, bad me
But I had a really nice time with my sister (my reason for eating junk) today I took her to a movie and then we went to zellers and got some cloths for $1 haha.
B- vanilla apple crumble yogurt with some cereal mixed it (probably rice crispes); slice of toast with cheeze whiz
S- coffee or tea
L- corn, mushrooms, potatoes and shrimp all mixed up with a bit of hot sauce
S- hmmm thinsations or a fruit source bar... or maybe an apple...
D- left over chicken breasts cooked in hot sauce and probably cream corn and I am sure the bf will want some side kicks or something
W- 4L
I was down 1.4 pounds this week
