Oh I was afraid of this. I just had a garden burger and it was soooo good. I want to eat all of them just because they taste so good. All week I have been faced with temptation. Friday we took the kids to A&W and they had rootbeer floats and a big order of fries and I sat there and had nothing. It hasn't bothered me. But today I'm not hungry I just want things cause the taste good. My self control and will power is being tested today. I keep hearing this little voice trying to convice me one bad day won't hurt. I won't do it I want this weight gone. I just needed to vent and I do feel better.

Don't deprive yourself or you'll end up eating more than you want. I've been there before. You can get through it. When I get tempted, I try to think about how I will feel after I eat and most likely, it turns me off from eating whatever it is. But if I really just have to have it, then I have a little bit so I don't feel completely neglected.
